Total Starter Sheep is designed to provide an electronic flock register, holding all movement details and lambing numbers.
SUM-IT’s starter sheep management program provides an easy-to-use way of storing all the essential information about your flock.
Running totals of sheep flock sizes are available at any time. Sheep EID movement records are all kept within this program, keeping your sheep farm fully compliant at every stage.
Full health records including drug and medicine records are stored to Assurance Scheme standards.
This level of software also allows you to analyse basic figures such as flock gross margins and lamb sales figures, giving you valuable insights into your flock.

Standard Level Sheep Software Management
Total Standard Sheep is designed for those who record their flock on an individual ewe basis.
Incorporating all facilities from the Starter Level, this program goes on to hold each ewe’s record with a comprehensive history of the animal, including all lambings, health and genealogy data. Records can be input using either individual or block-booking methods and a wide range of flexible reports enable you to analyse the flock’s performance by any criteria.
Our sheep records software provides powerful insights into your flock. Make profitable decisions made on facts not hunches. Total Sheep App
Record any event as it happens with the Total Sheep App running on an Android smartphone or tablet. This imports data from Total Standard Sheep on the PC onto the device to either review the status of each animal or input new events, such as lambings, drug treatments and weights as you do them outside. This data can then be synchronised with Total Sheep back on the office PC via WifI at anytime.
Electronic Weigher Interface Module
This Electronic Weigher Interface Module imports weigh session files from Tru-Test, Gallagher and Iconix weighers into the Total Standard Sheep Module. From the imported weigh data, Daily Liveweight Gains are automatically calculated and a range of reports and scatter graphs can then provide in-depth analysis on the growth rates across individual animals.
TOTAL2 Accounts Module
Choose from either cashbook or full farm accounts levels and both modules can either be run as stand-alone programs or will integrate seamlessly with the Total Sheep modules.

Hardware Requirements
Total software operates on Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server. Suitable hardware should have a minimum of 4GB Ram and the software will require 500MB of Hard Disk capacity plus an internet connection to receive program updates and communicate with HMRC and BCMS.
