Contractors Diary Module

Our agricultural contractor software provides a simple client record database to make invoice generation quick and easy.

Each clien­t’s record, dis­plays activ­i­ties and their cur­rent sta­tus. Jobs can be entered indi­vid­u­al­ly or auto­mat­i­cal­ly repeat­ed (eg. for rental bills) and it’s easy to see a full his­to­ry of what you have done for each client.

You can choose to run the mod­ule stand-alone or inte­grat­ed with our TOTAL2 Farm Accounts Mod­ule. Gen­er­at­ed invoic­es with cus­tomer head­er & foot­ers can be either post­ed or emailed.

Contractors Diary App

Our farm contractor app is designed to give agricultural contractors instant access to their client records via android smartphones or tablets.

This client man­age­ment app works in con­junc­tion with the Con­trac­tors Diary PC Soft­ware. Mul­ti­ple oper­a­tors run­ning the app can all syn­chro­nise to a sin­gle dataset on the PC if required. Once syn­chro­nised with Total on the PC, the app then runs ful­ly off-line, ensur­ing oper­a­tion any­where, with­out requir­ing a con­stant inter­net connection.

It caters for both Oper­a­tor and Man­ag­er lev­els; Oper­a­tors can record jobs done against client records in the App to avoid fill­ing in man­u­al work­sheets, Man­agers are addi­tion­al­ly able to access more details, includ­ing finan­cial data, so job pric­ing and quotes can be entered and out­stand­ing debts are also displayed.

All fresh app data can then be syn­chro­nised back with Total Con­trac­tors Diary on the PC via WiFi or 3G Con­nec­tion, enabling client invoic­es to be auto­mat­i­cal­ly gen­er­at­ed and post­ed into the com­pa­ny accounts data.

With each client’s core details to hand, the app can dial the client’s phone num­bers, send them an email or even locate where they are on the map — all from sin­gle taps on the client’s record on-screen.

Hardware Requirements

Total software operates on Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server. Suitable hardware should have a minimum of 4GB Ram and the software will require 500MB of Hard Disk capacity plus an internet connection to receive program updates and communicate with HMRC and BCMS.
