By agreeing to our customer declaration when sending your dataset to us you consent to Sum-It holding your dataset on our secure systems for as long as is necessary to complete the current task and to remedy any subsequent issues.

Who has access to your information?

Your data is only accessible to staff within the Sum-It organisation. All Sum-It staff have read and signed the Sum-It confidentiality agreement.

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes or for any other purpose without your expressed permission.

We will only occasionally contact you to keep you abreast of our latest developments in our software and services, invite you to training courses on Sum-It services or to notify you of our attendance at shows.

Clearly Sum-It will respond to emails you send to us. Sum-It will only initiate an email correspondence to you to provide our services, to remedy any subsequent issues or to meet our obligations to you.
