How do we use your information?

We will only use your infor­ma­tion to car­ry out our duties to ful­fil any agree­ments entered into between your­selves and us and to com­ply with our Statu­to­ry Obligations.

Who has access to your information?

Your data is only acces­si­ble to staff with­in the SUM-IT organ­i­sa­tion. All SUM-IT staff have read and signed the SUM-IT con­fi­den­tial­i­ty agreement.

We will not sell or rent your infor­ma­tion to third parties.

We will not share your infor­ma­tion with third par­ties for mar­ket­ing pur­pos­es or for any oth­er pur­pose with­out your expressed per­mis­sion. We will only share your infor­ma­tion with our part­ners for the pur­pose of pro­vid­ing war­ran­ty ser­vices for the hard­ware pro­vid­ed to you by SUM-IT.

We will only occa­sion­al­ly con­tact you to keep you abreast of our lat­est devel­op­ments in our soft­ware and ser­vices, invite you to train­ing cours­es on SUM-IT ser­vices or to noti­fy you of our atten­dance at shows.

Clear­ly SUM-IT will respond to emails you send to us. SUM-IT will only ini­ti­ate an email cor­re­spon­dence to you to pro­vide our ser­vices, to rem­e­dy any sub­se­quent issues or to meet our oblig­a­tions to you
